Owner & Founder
Hi, I'm Arlyna! I'm a 30-year-old elementary teacher, caregiver, and the founder of Little Village. With 10 years of childcare experience and 8 years in education, my passion has always been creating safe, joyful spaces where children feel loved and families feel supported. What began as a college job has grown into the business I've always dreamed of. Although I do not have children of my own, I'll love and care for yours like family.
Pet Care Teammate
Hi, I'm Avani! I'm a 16-year-old high school student, varsity softball player, and proud pet lover. Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life, and with four pets of my own, I understand the love, patience, and attention they deserve. I'm calm, patient, and caring, and I love creating a safe, comfortable environment for every pet I meet. Being an aunt has also taught me the importance of responsibility, compassion, and showing up for those who depend on you. My dream is to become a veterinarian, and I'm excited to be part of the Little Village team, helping care for your four-legged family members with the same love and dedication I give my own.
What started out as a little dream is now a growing community.
